About Us:

Medihub Pharmacy is an innovative, community-focused pharmacy with a growing range of clinical services. Our pharmacist-led Weight Management Clinic supports patients who want a safe, sustainable approach to losing weight — including those prescribed GLP-1 medications such as Mounjaro.

To strengthen our holistic support for patients, we’re looking for a Registered Dietitian with a strong interest in lifestyle coaching, who can help clients make meaningful long-term changes to diet, activity and habits alongside their medical treatment.

About the Role:

• Provide one-to-one nutrition advice and lifestyle coaching for patients using our weight management service.
• Develop realistic meal plans, practical portion control guidance, and advice to support muscle mass, bone health and overall wellbeing.
• Help patients manage common side effects of GLP-1 medication (e.g. nausea, appetite changes, gut health) with food and routine adjustments.
• Motivate and guide patients to build sustainable healthy habits — including meal planning, mindful eating and behaviour change strategies.
• Work closely with our pharmacist prescribers to ensure joined-up patient care.
• Hold regular in-clinic sessions (weekly or bi-weekly), with the option for remote follow-up calls or video check-ins.
• Earn income through a clear fee-sharing arrangement per patient appointment.

What We’re Looking For:

HCPC-registered Dietitian with experience in weight management, bariatric nutrition or lifestyle medicine.

Strong interest and skill in behaviour change and coaching, not just meal plans.

Excellent communication and motivational skills.

Confident working independently while collaborating within a pharmacy clinical team.

Familiarity with GLP-1 medication is ideal but not essential — training can be provided.
