An independent recruitment agency is seeking a Self Employed Delivery Driver in Widnes. Applicants must own a suitable van and hold relevant insurance. Qualifications

• The candidate MUST OWN/RENT H3H3/H3H2 LWB VAN.
• Public Liability insurance is required.
• Goods in Transit insurance is required.
• Motor Certificate Insurance For Hire and Reward is necessary.
• Must hold a full UK driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle inspections to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy.
• Maintain the vehicle clean & safe.
• Be responsible to deliver correct item to the right address.
• Maintain a driving log & complete daily paperwork.
• Ensure you follow local driving laws & road regulations.
• Deliver a minimum of 45 parcels.

Job Title: Self EmployedDelivery Driver

Location: Widnes + Surrounding

Pay rate: Between £4.50 - £7.00 per stop , up to 50 stops per day, up to £1,700 per week

Shift: Monday to Friday (Saturdays are optional)

Type: Temp to Perm

Start Date: Immediately

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle inspections to ensure that the vehicle is road worthy.


• Maintain the vehicle clean & safe


• Be responsible to deliver correctitem to the right address.


• Maintain a driving log & complete daily paperwork to ensure that each delivery is carried out correctly.


• Ensure you follow local driving laws & road regulations.


• You will be required to deliver to a minimum of 45 parcels.
