Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Group, is offering a Commercial Specialist – Field Agent role across the UK for self-employed individuals.

The role focuses on visiting commercial water customers, collecting payments, and ensuring account compliance while providing full training and remote-friendly flexibility.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams and clients.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle (for London assignments)
• Clean DBS and satisfactory credit history (CCJs accepted with repayment plans)

Responsibilities

• Visiting commercial water customers on behalf of major water retail clients.
• Obtaining payments for arrears and verifying lease agreements.
• Performing temporary disconnections or reconnections if required.
• Interacting with customers to resolve their accounts.
• Full training will be provided.

Commercial Specialist – Field Agent
Self-Employed | UK-Wide Opportunities

Starting daily rate: £150+ for the first 4 weeks, followed by a fees-only structure(OTE of £200+ per day).

Fees & Benefits

• Starting daily rate: £150+ for the first 4 weeks, followed by a fees-only structure with an OTE of £200+ per day.
• Flexible working arrangement: A minimum commitment of 2 weekdays per week, at 8 hours per day, with the freedom to select your preferred working days.
• Workdays: Monday–Friday or Saturdays (subject to client requirements)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Commercial Specialist Duties

• Visiting commercial water customers on behalf of major water retail clients
• Obtaining payments for arrears, verifying lease agreements for new occupiers
• Performing a temporary disconnection or reconnection of the water supply, if required!
• Interacting with the customer to resolve their account

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle (for London assignments)
• Clean DBS
• Satisfactory credit history (CCJs accepted where repayment arrangements exist)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and reporting abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams and clients
• Understanding of energy, utilities, or enforcement operations is advantageous
• Experience in enforcement, security, debt recovery, or other customer-facing and field-based roles requiring negotiation, resilience, and professionalism is highly desirable.
