Business Development Opportunities

Through our network of referrers, we've helped each of our 6 Area Directors secure their first client. We will do the same for you. Additionally, our partnership with www.iReport.work offers opportunities for new clients and investigation work, especially related to preventing sexual harassment.

Our plans

We plan to expand modestly, adding only 2-3 franchises annually, with a maximum of 12-15. We seek driven, experienced professionals who can uphold our reputation. The HR consulting market is huge and recession-proof, with upcoming legislation providing further opportunities for growth.
