Specialization or a background in professional services is a plus. Focus on building your business by prioritizing your clients' needs and employing strong consulting skills.

Our business model, built on 20 years of strategic HR consulting, leadership development, and OD experience, is designed to work for both you and your clients. We provide a proven, comprehensive 1-2-1 mentoring, coaching, and support package to help you succeed. Business Development Opportunities

Through our network of referrers, we have secured initial client opportunities for each of our 6 Area Directors, and we will do the same for you. Additionally, our strategic partnership with iReport.work offers a 24/7 reporting and AI tool to assist with investigations related to sexual harassment, providing potential new clients and revenue streams.

Our plans

Our expansion is modest, aiming for 2-3 new franchises annually, with a maximum of 12-15. We seek driven, professional individuals with the necessary investment and skills. Our reputation has been built over years, and we expect our franchisees to uphold these standards.
