EIT Oxford is investing significant resources in a new world-class research and development facility in the Oxford Science Park. Set for completion in 2027, the state-of-the-art campus includes 300,000 sq ft of research laboratories, an oncology and preventative care clinic, and educational and meeting spaces. The Ellison Scholars Programme, established by the Ellison Institute of Technology (EIT) in partnership with the University of Oxford, is a fully funded scholarship initiative aimed at nurturing future global technology innovators and leaders. Each year, the programme selects approximately twenty exceptional candidates worldwide who are passionate about addressing humanity's most pressing challenges.

The Ellison Scholars team is looking to recruit a professionally experienced and exceptionally organised Graduate Selection Coordinator who will facilitate and ensure the effective delivery of all selection processes for the Ellison Scholars programme, with a primary focus on graduate selection. Key responsibilities include coordinating the selection timeline and processes with EIT project teams, recruiting and coordinating a community of graduate assessors, providing extensive support to graduate applicants and finalists, and acting as the principal administrator for the graduate application form. The Graduate Selection Coordinator will have a comprehensive view of the entire graduate selection process with a view to improve these wherever possible.

Terms of Appointment:
You must be eligible to work in the UK with a willingness to travel as necessary.
You must be based in, or within easy commuting distance of, Oxford. This role requires you to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week 2 of which must be a Tuesday and a Thursday.
During peak periods, some longer hours may be required and some working across multiple time zones due to the global nature of the programme.
