The main responsibility of the Beauty Advisor is to achieve sales and KPI targets through a customer-first approach. They act as ambassadors for the brand, delivering a 'customer first' experience with passion and enthusiasm.

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Understand store targets and KPI's

• Follow all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimize stock loss
• Communicate clearly and concisely with the store team and external partners
