Job description

The Supervisor's main responsibility is to assist the management team in maximizing sales and profitability while supporting and retaining a high-performing team.

  • Support the team to ensure a 'customer first' experience is delivered consistently.
  • Exceed sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge.
  • Support stock file accuracy by adhering to all stock handling policies to minimize stock loss.
  • Ensure team awareness of sales targets, ATV, AUS, and conversion targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, focusing on their achievement.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with all internal and external business partners to drive opportunities.
  • Identify innovative opportunities to maximize the business.
  • Analyze business reports to review performance weekly, monthly, and yearly.
  • Support the store recruitment process, retaining diverse teams that deliver the 'customer first' experience.
  • Create an inclusive, welcoming environment for employees to thrive.
  • Deliver feedback confidently and escalate performance issues to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure the store is maintained according to company policies and procedures.
