A leading holiday home company in the UK seeks an Operations Analyst to enhance customer experience through data analysis. You will work with diverse datasets, build Power BI dashboards, and collaborate across teams to implement data-led improvements. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data analysis and excellent communication skills. Experience in the travel industry is a plus but not required.
Data Science & Analytics · Multiple locations · Fully Remote. In this role, you'll use data to shape the way we work and improve the experience of our guests and owners. Working within our Data Science and Analytics team, you'll partner closely with our Customer Services leaders to identify opportunities, build business cases, and turn insight into action.
We're looking for someone who's naturally curious, highly analytical, and confident working independently. You'll thrive in a fast-moving environment, using data to tell a story and influence change across teams.
