We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Owners, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service and performance management.

Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Owners, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service and performance management. Use the business tools available - including Salesforce - to provide proactive support
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow and develop the Portfolio both through organic growth and new Partnerships
  • Onboarding of New Owners: Support the wider commercial team with the accurate and timely onboarding of new Parks
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and enhance Owner satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Drive the performance of Owner's properties within the Portfolio, including data analysis and presentation as well as implementing actions and strategies to drive performance
  • Problem Resolution: Utilize problem-solving skills and time management to prioritize tasks
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
