Expedia Group is looking for a passionate and driven CRM professional to join our Traveler Engagement and Loyalty organization. The Segment Marketing (CRM) Manager is responsible for delivering email, push, in product placements and landing pages.

You will partner closely with cross functional teams in Analytics, Creative, and Production & Capability teams to develop compelling segment communications with the objective to drive segment progression through segment-specific loyalty and value proposition content objectives.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies designed to support segment progression of travelers, across Expedia, Hotels.com and VRBO.
  • Identify data driven opportunities to enhance our existing weekly segment marketing program through research, insights and self-serve analysis.
  • Create program and campaign level test plans that clearly ladder up to our business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end development of global campaigns.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Product and Tech, Production and Loyalty.
  • Evaluate campaign performance, leveraging data to extract actionable insights that refine and optimize future marketing efforts.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or any other related fields; or equivalent related professional experience.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably in the e-commerce and/or online marketing space.
  • Critical thinker with a capacity for original and innovative thinking, adept at structuring business and customer challenges and introducing creative solutions to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive delivery through a cross functional team.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to improve marketing effectiveness through data and insights.
  • Demonstrable attention to detail in dealing with complex projects and time-sensitive initiatives.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office. Experience with Jira, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other communication tools are all a plus.
