Summary and purpose of position

We have an exciting opportunity to work for our customer in Medway. We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team. You will be responsible for picking, packing, wrapping, and strapping products, ensuring the highest quality standards.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 0600-1400 or 1400-2200

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Picking, inspecting, packing, and recording orders using electronic scanners or manual pick sheets.
  • Ensuring accuracy and quality in line with KPIs for pick accuracy and rate.
  • Maintaining health and safety standards for yourself and colleagues on site.
