Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Workforce Planning: Shift allocation, staff attendance monitoring, sourcing and coordinating cover for vacant shifts and absences.
  2. Staff Welfare: Conduct regular checks on lone workers in the field.
  3. CCTV Monitoring: Observe cameras across national sites for intruder detection.
  4. Incident Reporting: Liaise with clients regarding on-site incidents, follow escalation processes and procedures.
  5. Data Management: Collate and process staffing data as required.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Proven track record in workforce planning or recruitment (highly desirable).
  • Experience in the security industry or control room environment (advantageous).
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to situations.
  • Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and proactive approach.
  • Highly organized, efficient, adaptable, results-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel.
