This role focuses on training and education, reporting to the Security Enablement and Training Manager. You will be part of the Information Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance Team (IGRC), collaborating closely with various business stakeholders across the group.
Your responsibilities include supporting the delivery of a group-wide strategy, fostering cultural change, and embedding positive security behaviours. You will help develop and maintain a security skills and capability matrix to ensure the business meets its strategic objectives safely and securely, covering areas such as Information Security, Physical Security, Business Continuity, and Cybersecurity.
Ideally, you have experience in a training and education role, with the ability to translate standards, frameworks, and controls into meaningful content. You should have a structured, methodical, and accurate approach, with the ability to interpret relevant industry regulations and standards. Familiarity with developing and maintaining training, education, and awareness materials is also desirable.
This role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence beyond your immediate control.
