Overview

We are seeking a Security Team Leader with expert-level knowledge of CyberArk to manage and oversee the client's privileged access management infrastructure. This role requires both leadership and hands-on technical expertise to ensure the proper configuration, maintenance, and security of CyberArk environments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the Configuration Management service for CyberArk across production and pre-production environments.
  • Oversee and optimize CyberArk components, including Vault, DR Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PTA, and CCP/CP.
  • Manage incident resolution, maintenance activities, and upgrades related to CyberArk.
  • Collaborate with other security and IT teams to ensure privileged access is secure and compliant with internal policies.
  • Provide hands-on support in configuration and troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with BS5878 vetting standards for all CyberArk personnel.
  • Report on system health, performance, and security status.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support 24/7 availability requirements.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or a related technological field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing CyberArk or similar privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
  • Deep understanding of CyberArk architecture and components, including password vaulting, session management, threat analytics, and credential providers.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills with experience managing technical teams.
  • Experience with decentralized, on-premises infrastructure management.
  • Knowledge of security best practices, compliance standards, and risk mitigation strategies.
Additional Requirements
  • Must be vetted and compliant with BS5878 standard for working on CyberArk in the UK.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure in critical scenarios.
