Eley Solutions Ltd in South Yorkshire is seeking a Service Manager to lead and develop our security service engineers, focusing on CCTV, Access Control and IP-based systems, ensuring high reliability.

You will supervise engineers and subcontractors, drive NSI/NACOSS compliance, and align with the Small Works Manager to deliver proactive maintenance, annual bonuses, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience managing CCTV/Access Control service engineers for NSI/security company
• Ability to manage engineers and lead subcontractors
• Commutable to Sheffield or similar area

Exciting Service Manager role, with established Security company where you can lead and work alongside Small Works Manager, where you will help ensure systems maintained to NSI/ NACOSS standards and assist engineer to be best they can be.
