Job Description:

We are seeking System Service Engineers for the South West England area. The role offers a basic salary of -k, plus a vehicle and call-out allowance.

The primary responsibilities include reactive fault finding and rectification, as well as Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on various security and IT systems including CCTV, IP CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Door Entry Systems, Server Hardware/Software, and Workstation Hardware/Software.

Engineers will participate in a weekly call-out rota to provide reactive fault finding and rectification services outside of standard hours. This rota is shared among engineers and additional pay is provided for out-of-hours work.

The ideal candidate will have a stable work history and experience with various integrated systems, preferably at an enterprise level. Training will be provided by the in-house team if necessary.

Compensation includes a basic salary of -k, a van, and additional earnings based on a percentage of the basic salary.
