• Thorough knowledge of electronic security products, services, signalling and standards.
• Experience in technical product configuration, troubleshooting and systems integration.
• Ability to explain complex technical information to varied audiences.
• Strong planning, organisation and customer-management skills.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.

• Qualify and assess customers' technical requirements and recommend RISCO solutions.
• Support sales strategies through meetings, demonstrations, and training.
