Job summary

Anchor Sound & Security invites motivated individuals to join as an apprentice, working with experienced engineers to install, maintain and fault-find Access Control, Video Surveillance and Intruder Alarms. The role emphasizes hands-on learning across diverse environments and practical skill-building.

You will train through Skills for Security, completing a Level 3 Fire, Emergency & Security Systems Technician apprenticeship with block-release sessions at our Watford centre.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 or above.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Electrical Installation qualifications/experience will be beneficial.
• Must be able to pass BS5878 screening (security screening).

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and fault-find on Access Control, Video Surveillance and Intruder Alarms.
• Work alongside experienced engineers in various environments.
• Follow instructions and apply practical problem-solving skills on-site.
