Job Overview

• 12 hour shifts
• Days & Nights
• Pay rate: £12.28 per hour
• To protect our customer's property, people, and assets by providing security services in accordance with the site's published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any updates.
• Deliver results that meet or exceed KPIs / SLA for the customer, ensuring service quality and contract retention.
• Undertake additional training for continuous self-development.

Main Duties

Operations

• Access control, pass & parking permit checks
• Monitoring CCURE for door alarms & CCTV
• Signing in visitors, contractors, and delivery vehicles
• Ensure compliance with policies, legal, and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and UK Law
• Complete assigned tasks as per published AI's
• Review and suggest amendments to AI's for service improvement
• Maintain industry and statutory compliance, including holding a front-line licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and CCTV PSS SIA Licence; renew 16 weeks before expiry
• Follow safety and legal obligations, instructions, and procedures
• Work systematically and methodically

Training

• Complete all competency training satisfactorily
• Engage in additional training for self-development
• Utilize technology for work objectives and professional growth

Security and Health & Safety

• Report hazards or potential hazards immediately
• Stay alert to threats or changes to prevent disruption or damage
• Maintain professionalism in challenging situations
• Document incidents accurately and promptly
• Adhere to schedules and demonstrate commitment
• Carry out check calls as per AI's
• Report incidents to emergency services and Communication Centre

What we are looking for
