Role overview:

We are seeking a candidate responsible for supporting the Senior Security Supervisor in maintaining a safe working environment, preventing loss/damage to company property, and ensuring the safety of our teams.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to all security policies and provide guidance where necessary.
• Conduct regular site patrols to prevent unauthorized access and protect property.
• Follow all company policies and health and safety guidelines.
• Search staff in accordance with current procedures and policies.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Manage booking-in of staff, contractors, and visitors, and inform relevant parties.
• Ensure all equipment is properly booked in/out.
• Book supplier vehicles and ensure they are sealed upon arrival/departure.
• Support the JD SOC in handling incidents and alarms as per policy.
• Perform any other reasonable activities aligned with business needs.

Skills and Experience:

• Operational knowledge of alarm receiving systems.
• Experience working within health and safety requirements.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Strong team player supportive of others.
• Effective communication at all levels.
• Respond promptly and positively to issues in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Previous security industry experience and supervisory skills are advantageous.
