We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Security Supervisor to safeguard a prominent facility in London.

The Security Supervisor is responsible for aiding the Head of Security in controlling the day to day operational requirements of the contract in line with the customer and contractual expectations.

The Security Supervisor acts as the initial management contact for all security personnel. Ensuring service delivery and prompt response to all incidents.

Position: Security Supervisor

Pay rate: £ 15.96 per hour

Shift Pattern: Sat & Sun days, Mon & Tues nights, every other Weds

Location: Bartholomew Close, London

Role Requirements : SIA License & CCTV License

Must Have:

Valid CCTV licence

Proven work experience as a CCTV Security Supervisor -Min 1 year

• Proven work as a Security Supervisor -Min 1 year

Robust leadership and supervision skills, adept at inspiring and efficiently managing teams.

Excellent customer service and communication skills

A bility to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary.

Maintain a high standard of personal presentation.

Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance in order to ensure team effectiveness and availability.

Profound problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to analyse intricate security issues and devise effective solutions.

IT literate - Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment

Duties:

• Ensure Daily Occurrence Log (DOL) is accurately maintained during full duration of shift
• Ensure all personnel that work in SCR are adequately trained on systems in use
• Be familiar with the Fire Control Centre(SCR)activities and add isolations in place when needed
• Ensure all staff know and understand the fire evacuation policies and procedures
• Operate and monitor all SCR systems
• Ensure that the KONE e-link PC is monitored
• Ensure that the access control system is monitored

Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring efficient task completion

Report any issues to the duty manager

Always conduct yourself in a professional manner

To provide regular foot patrols within defined areas as an effective deterrent in the protection of the client’s property and assets.

To provide a point of contact and information centre to staff and visitors.

Respond to emergencies

Deal with conflict in an appropriate manner if required

Write up incidents to the standard expected by Management

Carry out ID checks

Be vigilant to the Health and Safety risks

A positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challenges
