Security Supervisor - Average 56 hours per week - Days & Nights

The Supervisor will support the Management Team in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Security Service at a prestigious, vibrant riverside destination in London Bridge. We seek high-calibre SIA Licensed Security Personnel to join our team. The roles are diverse, busy, and engaging, aligned with the dynamic environment of the venue.

Position: Estate Security Site Supervisor
Location: London Bridge
Pay Rate: £16.21 per hour
Hours: Average 56 hours/week
Shifts: 7 on 3 off, 7 on 4 off, Days & Nights

Job Requirements
  • SIA Licence required; CCTV licence is a bonus
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor in demanding environments
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with the Timegate system and emergency response
  • Physically fit for security duties
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Level 3 management qualification or willingness to obtain it (IOSH Managing Safety)
  • Understanding of industry standards
Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and oversee security team to maintain a visible security presence
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures; report breaches immediately
  • Maintain communication with control room and report incidents accurately
  • Conduct investigations and prepare reports
  • Train and develop staff, ensuring ongoing competency and refresher training
  • Manage incident response and customer service delivery
  • Assist in operational planning for projects and events
  • Build relationships with tenants and stakeholders
  • Ensure all equipment and systems are properly used and maintained
  • Support incident management and ensure safety and compliance standards
  • Monitor staff performance and morale, promoting a positive working environment
Additional Information

The successful candidate will complete a FREC3 First Response Emergency Care course, after which they will receive a +£1/hour pay enhancement. Benefits include health care, discounts, cycle scheme, uniform, training, career development, and recognition awards.
