Security Supervisor - Average 56 hours per week

The Supervisor will support the Management Team in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Security Service. We are seeking high-calibre SIA Licensed Security Personnel to join our team at this vibrant destination.

Position: Security Supervisor

Location: London (EC4M)

Pay Rate: £15.79 per hour

Hours: Average 56 hours per week

Shifts: 3 Days, 3 Nights, 3 Off - Days & Nights

Job Requirements
  • SIA Licence required
  • Experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Reliable, responsible, and punctual
  • Smart appearance
  • Flexible approach to duties and events
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Calm under pressure and confident in handling confrontations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Documentation and vetting compliance
Job Responsibilities
  • Deploy and manage security personnel on site
  • Ensure adherence to site policies and procedures
  • Maintain high standards of customer care
  • Regularly liaise with CIS Managers and Supervisors
  • Manage permits for contractors
  • Audit site equipment and documentation
  • Support staff deployment and cover arrangements
  • Monitor security operations, including CCTV and alarm systems
  • Respond promptly to emergencies
  • Maintain security logs and incident reports
  • Train security staff and oversee discipline and morale
  • Build relationships with the Control Room and oversee CCTV operations
