Job description

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm (flexibility required on occasion to cover holidays/sickness for nights and weekends)
• 40 hours per week
• £31,500 Per Year with Excellent Benefits

You'll be responsible for the delivery of our Security Services on our Fabulous Corporate Client site!

About the Role:

• Managing a Team of 4
• Managing 24/7 vehicle ingress and egress to the site.
• Monitoring CCTV.
• Organising Shift Patterns and Training.
• Engage with customers and clients on a routine basis and lead by example in providing excellence in contract / relationship management.
• Implement and maintain business improvement and process improvement into all areas of security activity.
• Provide thought leadership on all security practices and guidance as the subject matter expert.

What We’re Looking For:

• Supervisory or Management skills required
• Comprehensive Knowledge of the Security Industry including SIA
• Exceptional client and customer relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills
• Excellent health and safety knowledge and experience. IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH desirable.
• SIA front line licensed.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to set up and write new processes and procedures.
