Job Introduction

What you’ll do:

• Lead an experienced security team, fostering a hands on collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Implement and monitor security, health and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections ensuring adherence to risk assessments, Safe Systems Of Work in line Sodexo & site procedures.
• Support the development of new weighbridge technology and logistics.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Ensure achievement against all Security SLAs and KPIs.
• Complete detailed, accurate reports on incidents and observations

What you bring:

• You must have an in-date SIA Licence (if you’re from an in-house Security operation with supervisory experience, this may not be essential at the time of application, but must be obtained prior to starting in post)
• An in-date 1st aid certificate.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Strong observational, written and communication skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Knowledge of reviewing and developing SOPS
• Proven experience of supervising and developing a team
