Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Supervisor to oversee the security operations at one of our esteemed clients' premises. You will be responsible for managing the daily activities of your team, ensuring all colleagues perform their duties professionally and uphold high security standards.

Working hours are approximately 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 16:30.

What you will need:
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
  • A valid SIA Front-Line License - essential
  • Experience with Security Technologies (CCTV, Access control, etc.) - essential
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and work under pressure
  • Strong IT Skills, including Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel)
  • Ability to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards
What are you going to do:
  • Maintain proper standards and adhere to security procedures
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders on-site
  • Ensure shift requirements are appropriately staffed, report any shortfalls
  • Monitor and review security arrangements and supervise projects
  • Organize and lead training courses for Security Operations personnel
  • Review security documentation (alarm activations, visitor logs, incident reports)
  • Manage the security shift system, duties allocation, and overtime control
  • Record and submit overtime, leave, and sickness data to HR
  • Coordinate with external security agencies for the Maidenhead office
  • Participate in various meetings (facilities, project, police, crime prevention)
  • Investigate security breaches
  • Ensure CCTV recordings are maintained in compliance with legislation
  • Escort alarm engineers during remedial work
  • Occasionally perform security officer tasks if staffing is limited
  • Conduct staff interviews as part of performance management
