Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Security Supervisor to join 14Forty on a full-time basis, working nights from Monday to Friday. You will lead the shift team, uphold service standards, and ensure operations run smoothly in a demanding environment.

The role involves rota planning, stock handling, and acting as a key holder while maintaining compliance with safety and hygiene standards. A strong team-player mindset and customer-focused approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a frontline security team on shift and maintain high service standards.
• Produce weekly rotas in line with management guidelines.
• Check and store deliveries promptly and correctly; order stock.
• Act as a responsible key holder on site.
• Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as required.
• Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.

About the role

We're currently recruiting a Security Supervisor to join 14Forty on a full time basis, contracted to 60 hours per week, working nights, Monday to Friday.

You'll lead the team on shift, keeping everything running smoothly, setting the standard and making sure customers get great service every time.

What you'll do

• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Checking and storing deliveries promptly and correctly, and ordering stock
• Being a responsible key holder
• Helping with weekly bookwork and other duties as needed
• Complying with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards
