Role Description

The Security & Stewards role is a remote position that supports Medisec’s event and corporate security operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to support clients and event attendees professionally and courteously.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to relay information clearly between clients, management, and on-site teams.
• Relevant experience in security, stewarding, or crowd management is highly beneficial.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in fast-paced or emergency situations.
• Comfort with using basic digital tools and remote communication platforms.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules, as required.
