Job description

The Global Security Organization (GSO) plays a vital role in ensuring a safe environment for employees, guests, and customers, embodying values of kindness, intelligence, and creativity.

We are seeking a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Specialist to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting and protecting team members and assets by coordinating with security teams and service providers.
  2. Managing and developing the GSOC training programs, including SOPs, manuals, and seminars for dispatchers and partners.
  3. Planning and executing onboarding and specialized training programs.
  4. Evaluating training materials and delivery modes to support employee development.
  5. Monitoring risks using internal and external data sources.
  6. Communicating effectively throughout incident response processes.
  7. Utilizing security technology and investigative skills to respond to and resolve cases.
  8. Managing access control functions and CCTV systems for situational awareness and investigations.
  9. Developing procedures aligned with best practices and standards.
  10. Motivating, coaching, and training GSOC operators.
  11. Coordinating schedules and coverage for the team.
  12. Ensuring quality control of GSOC products and reports.
  13. Performing other duties or projects as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities include:

  • Leadership, customer service, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in security, emergency services, law enforcement, military, or customer service fields is helpful.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with security systems, incident management, CCTV, and communication tools.
  • Understanding of incident response, crisis management, and emergency procedures.
  • Ability to ensure compliance and rapid notifications.
  • Experience creating security intelligence products and using OSINT tools.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving creativity and process development enthusiasm.
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Data analytics and reporting experience.
  • Educational background in research, analytical, or intelligence techniques.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in a command center, 911, GSOC, or emergency operations environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20.5 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work any shift and attend training.
  • Experience supervising in a GSOC or security center.
  • Familiarity with Lenel, CCTV, and incident management systems.
