Job summary

SER Limited is seeking a Security Service Engineer to service, maintain and fault-find security systems across commercial sites in Newcastle. You will handle intruder alarms, CCTV and access control, and perform fire alarm maintenance where required.

Role involves visiting care homes, car dealerships, offices and industrial premises, delivering excellent customer service while upholding strong technical standards. An attractive package accompanies this role and ongoing training is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with security systems is desirable.
• Experience with intruder alarms, CCTV and access control is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Galaxy, Paxton and other security systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and fault-finding of security systems.
• Maintain fire alarm systems where required.
• Work across commercial sites including care homes, car dealerships, offices and industrial premises.
• Deliver high standards of customer service while maintaining technical excellence.
