Job summary

SER-IN is seeking an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our growing team in Newcastle. You will service, maintain and fault find fire alarm and security systems across a varied portfolio of commercial sites, delivering high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience servicing fire alarm and security systems.
• Experience with manufacturers such as Advanced, Kentec, Morley, Gent, Galaxy and Paxton.
• Full UK driving licence.
• ECS Card (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and fault find fire alarm and security systems.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair system faults.
• Complete service reports and job documentation.
• Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times.
• Work independently across a range of commercial customer sites.
