Job summary

HP4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Security Service Engineer to service CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems across London and the Thames Valley. The role focuses on fault-finding, maintenance and repair on enterprise-grade systems, with on-site visits to commercial sites and ongoing manufacturer training.

You will work independently, cover multiple sites, and have opportunities to progress into enterprise security environments through training on Lenel OnGuard, CCURE 9000

Qualifications

• Experience as a Security Engineer, CCTV Engineer, Access Control Engineer or Fire & Security Engineer.
• Strong background in CCTV, Access Control or Intruder Alarm systems.
• Desirable certifications: IPAF, CSCS, ECS, FIA, City & Guilds.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of IP CCTV systems
• Fault-finding and repair of Access Control systems
• Service and maintenance of Intruder Alarm systems
• Working on commercial and enterprise security systems
• Field-based service role covering multiple customer sites across London
• Working with a range of security system manufacturers
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and compliance
• Providing excellent customer service and communication
• Accurate completion of service reports and documentation
