Qualifications

  • Experience within Fire & Security industry, ideally with intruder alarms, access systems, and CCTV.
  • Driving license is required.
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

  • Attend and undertake service work of security systems at various customer locations.
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers, addressing their engineering needs.
  • Provide service in collaboration with other engineers.

SALARY: Opportunity to earn in excess of £40,000 (This includes basic and additional supplements – base is determined on experience)

What you will do

  • As a Security Service Engineer you will be involved in attending and undertaking service workof security systems at a range of customers from commercial, domestic, and integrated systems
  • A key point of contact for a number of customers, and be responsible for ensuring their security engineering needs are met
  • Work with other Engineers in the area to provide oncall services

How you will do it

  • Provide excellent Customer Service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both the internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
  • To Service the appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.
  • Ensuring your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritised correctly.

What we look for

  • Experience within Fire & Security industry- ideally having Intruder Alarms, Access Systems and CCTV experience
  • Driving license
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders
