Job summary

Street Group, a fast-growing PropTech company based in Manchester, is seeking a Security & Resilience Lead to own and continuously improve the security function across development to onboarding and offboarding. You will lead tool selection, configuration and governance with no existing playbook, shaping security across the business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management and penetration testing.
• Strong knowledge of logging, monitoring and threat detection.
• Ability to communicate risk to non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on security SME in collaboration with Head Of Security.

Responsibilities

• Lead security activities from development through customer onboarding and ongoing operations.
• Own security monitoring, logging, detection and incident response.
• Oversee vulnerability management and penetration testing programmes; assess risk and drive fixes with tech teams.
• Configure security tooling, monitor environments securely and manage change control.
• Coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery testing to improve resilience.
