Job summary

4Way Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Security Project Manager in London to lead CCTV, access control and warden call installations across residential and commercial sites. You will manage client relationships, oversee in-house and subcontractor teams, and drive projects from handover to close-out.

Hybrid working, company vehicle, and a competitive salary up to £55,000 depending on experience are available. SMSTS or IOSH is preferred, with full UK driving licence and IP CCTV expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience with EACS systems and access control technologies.
• Knowledge of door entry and warden call systems.
• SMSTS or IOSH accreditation preferred; IP intercom and CCTV experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-start and walk-off meetings with clients.
• Complete QA checks and snagging on installations.
• Survey sites and produce system layout designs.
• Manage stock records and project documentation.
• Direct in-house and subcontract labour teams.
• Diagnose and resolve faults on critical sites.
• Provide onsite support for security, emergency lighting, CCTV and warden call systems.
• Allocate stock and resources to installation teams.
• Compile and manage completion paperwork.
• Carry out additional works and remedial fixes when required.
