Role Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering major security projects, including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems. These projects can be valued up to £750K, and you will oversee multiple ongoing projects at any given time. A proven background in managing these types of projects, with strong commercial and contractual expertise, is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and deliver complex security projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
2. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and the successful delivery of solutions.
4. Oversee project teams, ensuring that all health and safety and compliance standards are met.
5. Handle project budgets, forecasts, and contractual management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing major projects involving CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm solutions.
• Strong commercial and contractual management skills.
• A confident, dynamic personality with the ability to manage key accounts and lead teams effectively.
• Strong technical knowledge is desirable but not essential.
• A background in delivering projects with a value of up to £750K.
