Job summary

Linnworks is seeking an Information Security Project Manager to coordinate audits, security projects, and customer security interactions. You will work with Technical Operations, Engineering, Product, Legal, and Sales to drive pragmatic, proportionate security controls for our SaaS platform.

You'll translate complex security concepts into clear guidance for customers and internal stakeholders, manage audit evidence and remediation, and help shape policies and tooling with leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of information security, compliance, risk, or IT audit within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 audits, evidence collection, and remediation tracking.
• Solid project management skills — planning, tracking progress, managing stakeholders, and communicating clearly.
• Knowledge of core security concepts such as encryption (at rest/in transit), access control, SSO, backup and incident response.
• Comfort engaging directly with customers and auditors, answering questions calmly and credibly.
• Strong writing skills for policies, reports, and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute ISO 27001 internal audits and control reviews.
• Coordinate discrete security improvement projects and update policies.
• Support customer security questionnaires, RFPs, and due diligence responses.
• Develop concise view of our security posture for internal and external audiences.
• Provide input to leadership on improvements to policies, controls, or tooling.
