A leading education provider in London seeks a motivated Security Project Coordinator to oversee Security Employment and Skills Programmes across its campuses. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with an SIA license and relevant experience in the security sector.

Salary: £28,325 - £30,378 per annum including London Weighting Allowance
Contract Type: Full Time Fixed Term until July 2026

We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Coordinator responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of outcomes for our Security Employment and Skills Programmes across UCG campuses within the Business Development Department. The successful candidate must hold an SIA license, have knowledge of the security sector, and be able to support staff, learners, and key stakeholders to ensure the achievement of all performance targets, objectives, and outputs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage a busy workload, managing conflicting demands to meet deadlines. They should be a strong team player, capable of working independently and cooperatively, to develop and maintain effective working relations with staff at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including spreadsheets, along with excellent communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills, is essential.
The post requires flexibility and responsiveness as part of the team to provide an efficient and customer-focused service. The candidate must be highly motivated and detail-oriented.
