Job summary

BT Group in the UK seeks a Project Manager for the PMO within Security. You’ll lead end-to-end programme delivery, govern project offices, manage risk, quality, and reporting, and partner with boards as required.

Hybrid role in London or Ipswich, DV security clearance required; 4 days in office, 1 day remote; 37.5 hours. You’ll work with diverse teams and help shape national security projects.

Qualifications

• Essential project management skills required for large security programmes.
• Experience leading end-to-end programmes and governance.
• Ability to manage budgets and stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

• E2E delivery for all requirements underpinning growth and NPS.
• Lead Programme Team to provide professional services focusing on innovative design.
• Ensure customer consultation to design appropriate technical solutions.
• Deliver customer programme requirements into wider BT Security projects.
• Input into plans to develop, retain and attract talent for the team.
