Experience in fashion retail or a hospitality background is required for this position. Fahrenheit Security Ltd is currently recruiting for a Retail Security Officer / Security Host to work in Birmingham Bull Ring Shopping Centre.

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will have good personal presentation and be capable of working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• The role demands an excellent communicator who utilises customer service and loss prevention skills.

The Security Officer's Duties Will Include

• Ensuring the safety of store staff and customers.
• Deter and apprehend shoplifters as and when required.
• Provide basic customer service and engage with customers.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team and establish and maintain professional relationships.

Rate And Hours

£13.00 – £13.50 per hour. 9 hours per day Monday to Saturday and 6.5 hours on Sunday (days only).
