Job summary

Seddon Agency Limited is recruiting Security Operatives to join our nationwide team. The role involves responding to incidents, patrolling sites, controlling access, and completing security paperwork to protect client premises across the UK.

You will log activities, produce incident reports, and coordinate with authorities as needed. A valid SIA licence, reliable nature, and good communication are essential. Flexible 12-hour shifts and long-term security careers are offered.

Qualifications

• SIA licence required (include in application).
• Excellent communication and basic IT skills.
• Reliable, friendly and professional appearance.
• Experience in security or guarding roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control access to entrances and ensure only authorised personnel enter.
• Keep a log of all site activity and maintain security records.
• Complete site security paperwork including incident reports, sign-in/out sheets, patrol logs and handover sheets.
• Provide regular high-profile external and internal patrols.
• Patrol premises and monitor surveillance equipment; inspect buildings and access points.
• Report incidents to authorities and other stakeholders as required.
