Job summary

The Tech Recruiter is partnering with a rapidly growing cyber security organisation to recruit a Head of Security Operations in Glasgow. You will lead and evolve the SOC, MDR and Incident Response capabilities.

• Proven experience leading high performing technical teams, preferably in an MSSP or Cyber Security focused environment.
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Security Operations team.
• Drive the SOC, MDR and Incident Response strategy.
• Improve threat detection, threat hunting and security automation capabilities.
