Job summary

The Tech Recruiter is partnering with a rapidly growing cyber security organisation to recruit a Head of Security Operations in Glasgow. You will lead and evolve the SOC, MDR and Incident Response capabilities.

This is a key leadership role where you'll be responsible for strategy, operational performance, team development and the delivery of high-quality security services to a growing customer base. You'll manage KPIs, client outcomes and invest in people and automation to stay ahead of

• Proven experience leading high performing technical teams, preferably in an MSSP or Cyber Security focused environment.
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

We're working with a rapidly growing cyber security organisation seeking a Head of Security Operations to lead and evolve its SOC, MDR and Incident Response capabilities.
