Job summary

Lendable is seeking a Security Operations Lead to own internal SecOps and partner with our MSSP. You will act as the primary incident responder with a strategic view on maturation as we scale the business.

This senior IC role is a player-coach, performing deep technical analysis today while designing and expanding the SecOps function over the coming year, with a focus on automation and reliability.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in modern Security Operations, including Incident Commander or Lead Responder.
• Clear philosophy on SecOps, prioritising automation and vendor optimisation.
• Proficiency with cloud-native stacks and automation to streamline analyst workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary Incident Commander for high-severity security events and coordinate cross-functional response.
• Escalate and direct Advanced Tier 2/3 investigations with MSSP involvement.
• Shape and implement the detection/logging strategy and automation-driven remediation across the org.
