Responsibilities:

• Perform daily configuration updates to implement customer requests following Euroclear's change process, ensuring compliance with security standards and product baselines.
• Ensure platform configurations are active and compliant across all managed assets.
• Maintain up-to-date virus detection and prevention measures.
• Support incident resolution and collaborate with technical teams on operational issues.
• Initiate configuration reviews and work with stakeholders to validate configurations periodically.
• Report KPI metrics related to task execution.
• Contribute to future projects by gathering stakeholder requirements and implementing solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Several years of relevant IT security experience with a security-focused mindset.
• Strong technical knowledge of Endpoint Detection and Response solutions.
• Operational experience with CrowdStrike.
• Experience with CASB, IDS/IPS, SOAR, and programming in Python is a plus.
• Ability to engage with business and management stakeholders effectively.
• Customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Team player with respectful and constructive communication.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
• Reliable, stress-resistant, and flexible.
