Job summary

Qualifications

About the Role

As a Security Operations Engineer, you will play a key role in protecting the firm's infrastructure, systems, and data. You will monitor, investigate, and respond to security events while working closely with infrastructure and software engineering teams to continuously improve security controls and processes.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of networking fundamentals including firewalls
• WAF rules configuration
• Experience working with SIEM and security monitoring platforms
• Understanding of common cyber threats, attack techniques, and mitigation strategies
• Experience investigating and responding to security incidents
• Familiarity with vulnerability management and remediation processes
• Scripting experience with Ansible or Python
• Knowledge of authentication, access control, and security hardening principles
• Experience with cloud technologies is advantageous
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
