Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an Operations Support Manager to oversee security operations across multiple sites. You will drive compliance, support frontline teams, and lead investigations in collaboration with HR and external partners.

The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and reporting skills, plus a valid SIA licence, driving licence, and UK Right to Work. A focus on development and continuous improvement is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the crime prevention strategy across sites, ensuring deployments align with operating models and instructions.
• Monitor deployment activity and challenge inconsistencies to ensure efficient resource use.
• Gather and share site intelligence to support crime reduction and continuous improvement.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to frontline teams, responding to queries, shift cover, and requests.
• Ensure smooth site operations through proactive workforce planning and communication.
