Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day site security operations to protect people, assets, infrastructure and business continuity.
• Motivate and develop site security teams for exceptional service and high performance.
• Oversee security budgets, monitor expenditure and investigate variances.
• Act as SME for Crypto Custodian responsibilities and ensure full compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote a positive security culture and act as security ambassador.
• Manage third-party suppliers and contractors for compliant, cost-efficient service.
• Identify risks and support continuous operational excellence.
• Produce accurate reports and ensure regulatory and client compliance.

As a Security Operations Co-ordinator at Securitas, you'll play a vital role in coordinating and controlling all aspects of physical security, helping to protect people, assets, infrastructure, and business operations while ensuring compliance with national security regulations and client requirements. You'll work at the heart of the operation, supporting security teams, managing key stakeholder relationships, and driving high standards across a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

As a Security Operations Co-ordinator, you'll combine operational oversight, security administration, and strategic problem-solving to deliver effective security solutions. From monitoring security technology and managing inspections to identifying risks, improving processes, and supporting security culture across the business, you'll be trusted to make a real impact every day. Job Description

Responsibilities

As a key member of the security leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of security operations across a highly regulated and fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing day-to-day site security operations to protect people, assets, infrastructure and business continuity.
• Managing, motivating and developing site security teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and high performance.
• Overseeing security budgets, monitoring expenditure and investigating variances between budgeted and actual costs.
• Acting as the subject matter expert for Crypto Custodian responsibilities, ensuring full compliance with all relevant procedures and regulations.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business and security objectives.
• Promoting a positive security culture and acting as an ambassador for security across the organisation.
• Managing third-party suppliers and contractors to ensure effective, compliant and cost-efficient service delivery.
• Identifying security risks, implementing improvements and supporting continuous operational excellence.
• Producing accurate reports, maintaining security records and ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
• Supporting current and future business objectives through proactive planning, problem-solving and strategic security leadership.

What we’re looking for:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Due to the nature of this opportunity, candidates must be able to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) Clearance orDeveloped Vetting (DV) - Must be a British National and have lived in the UK for the last 5 years.
