Cyber Security Delivery Manager | Permanent | UK Remote | £50,000 p.a

Peaple Talent has partnered with a reputable consultancy in the UK to recruit a Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager on a full-time permanent basis.

The client is based in the South West of England but is hiring remotely due to the client-facing nature of the role.

The role involves guiding clients towards better security practices, maximizing service value, and clarifying complex challenges.

Ideal candidates will have a background in cybersecurity operations, excellent interpersonal skills, and a growth mindset, eager to contribute to evolving technical solutions and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational engagement with clients, maintaining regular communication and updates.
• Support client retention efforts, including renewal of CSOC contracts.
• Investigate security events, generate incident reports, and address client concerns to reduce risks.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to improve workflows.
• Assist service teams in troubleshooting operational issues.
• Facilitate onboarding of new clients, understanding their operations and risks, and providing support.
• Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring their expectations are met.
• Contribute to customer reports analyzing service performance, threats, investigations, SLAs, and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for service improvements and technical upgrades.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on using services effectively.

Key Experience Required:

• Understanding of SOC environments, SIEM, and SOAR tools for cyber threat response.
• Microsoft Security certifications or equivalent experience demonstrating technical expertise.
• Interest in current cybersecurity developments, threats, attacker techniques, and vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
• Experience with Microsoft security technologies, especially Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, and Defender XDR.
